Starting Sunday — Workshop for Dual Career Parents

I’m really excited about my upcoming workshop on Dual-Career Parenting. It’s not so much a parenting workshop as a relationship workshop for parents. If you know anyone who would be interested, I still have room for two more couples.

*Parenting and Relationship Strategies to Keep Your Partnership Strong*

What becomes of “us” when baby makes three (or more ….)? The change of priorities that accompanies parenthood upsets the pre-baby balance, and the constant and often conflicting demands of children and career lead many couples to put their relationship on the back burner. Others find themselves fighting or becoming resentful. “Having it all” ain’t all that easy, but research shows that two-career couples who share responsibilities both inside and outside the home benefit themselves, their relationship, and their children. How do they do it? By communicating clearly, working as an equal partnership, and supporting one another.

Join personal and professional coach, mother of three, and dual-career marriage partner Hanna Clements-Hart for an interactive three-week workshop to help you and your partner create a more effective, sustainable, and fulfilling partnership. Using guided exercises and group discussion, we’ll address communication, shared parenting, and maintaining your relationship to help you connect to one another and your shared goals, create better alignment, and develop some strategies to help you through the tough times.

Date and Time: Sundays April 18, April 25, and May 2, 3:00-5:00 pm
Location: Recess Urban Recreation Center, 470 Carolina St. (at 18th St.)
